Terms and COnditions
- We require a minimum investment of $1,000 or more
- The agreement can be terminated by the investor after 60 days
- You must own a bank account
- At the end of each year, you will receive a W9
- All new investors will be placed on a 30 day (or less) waiting list and must put a 10% deposit of your investment
- You will receive a phone call requesting to put in the rest of your investment which will take 2 weeks to activate your investment.
- You will receive your interest 4-5 weeks after your investment is activated.
